Gift returns / Breakages

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if anything isn’t quite right please let us know as we are here to help.

If you change your mind after receiving item(s) please let us know within 7 days of delivery and post it back to Bloom. The buyer is responsible for return delivery charges. We will issue a refund after receiving the item(s) as long as they are in a resalable condition. The original delivery cost will not be refunded. 

We pack all orders carefully to protect them in transit but unfortunately sometimes damage may occur. Please let us know as soon as you receive your parcel with photographic proof and we will be happy to replace or refund your item(s).

Floral damages

We hope you will be happy with your flowers, but should your bouquet arrive and is not in the condition you would expect, whether local or national delivery, please contact us ASAP with a photo. Any damages after 5 days cannot unfortunately be refunded so please do get in touch as soon as possible.

All flower refunds are at our florists discretion, please ensure all flowers are cared for according to the flower care card included with your delivery.
